I’m a Realtor® who's a Real Estate expert in the Metro Atlanta local area; I have over 6 years as a Real Estate Realtor® and member of the NAMAR Board of Realtors.

I was born in Europe, Romania, in 1970, and USA-Georgia resident since 1999.

I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in buying and selling real estate such as Land, Lots, New Construction, REO, Relocation, Foreclosures, Re-Sale, Luxury Homes, Commercial, Investments, etc.

Currently, I'm employed as an independent Salesperson Realtor® contractor at Virtual Properties Realty and I serve All of Metro Atlanta area.

Over 6 years of Real Estate experience as a Georgia Realtor® on the Atlanta Metro market with Sellers, Buyers, and Tenants (over 45 sale transactions) and over one year of Appraiser Trainee experience.

• MS Mechanical Engineering, Polytechnic University, Timisoara, Romania, 1995, Specialization in the Technology of Machine Construction

Experience: Over 19 years of experience as a Mechanical Reliability Engineer VI in heavy rail cars/ subsystems, over 4 years in transit commuter buses as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, and over 5 years as a Production - Electro-Mechanical Engineer.
